About Mohamed

Helping individuals build confidence, independence, and practical life skills has been at the heart of my work for more than 10 years. I have supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), autism, youth, and families in educational, residential, and community settings. My approach is patient, person-centered, and tailored to each individual's learning style and goals. I break skills into manageable steps while creating an encouraging environment where learning feels practical and achievable. My experience includes working as a Skills Instructor, Social Coach, Personal Trainer, Travel Training Specialist, and Training & Development professional. I am also a Certified Mandt Instructor with experience in communication, relational skills, de-escalation, and safety. Whether developing life, social, community, or wellness skills, my goal is to build trust, recognize strengths, and help each person become more confident and independent.
