I am skilled in handling client's personal care in a professional and compassionate manner while providing them with problem-solving skills to assist with daily tasks and enhance good quality of life. I have 3 years experience in seniorcare, and 6 years total in healthcare. I coordinate client's care with their immediate families through strong communication & interpersonal skills in order to create a positive aging experience for the seniors. I am detail-oriented regarding clients' interests, and I follow up to keep them engaged through listening, storytelling, and also giving them regard and control over their lives and homes. I exhibit good time management and organizational skills by effectively following through with clients' care plans while performing a wide range of daily tasks for them. My desire is to always leave clients better than I met them. One reason I love to help seniors is so they can thrive and be happier in old age. It is a driving force for me in seniorcare job.
