About Mitzi

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students, I cultivate an engaging, patient environment where learners feel empowered to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I adapt my methods--from visual aids to hands-on activities--based on open communication and regular feedback to ensure each lesson resonates. By celebrating small successes and encouraging curiosity, I keep students motivated even when tackling challenging concepts. I believe clear communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing a student's confidence flourish as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your child reach their academic goals.
