About Misty

I started caring for seniors when my grandmother was suffering from Alzheimer's and needed 24/7 care. She never wanted to leave her home so the whole family pitched in to keep her there until the end. She didn't know who I was but the moments when she was happy to see me made it worth it. In my spare time, I like to read, run, and make jewelry. I also enjoy cozy video games and hanging out with my two teenage boys and menagerie of pets. One thing you should know about me is helping people keep their dignity as they age is very important to me. My skills include companionship, medication management, help with household tasks and light housework. I work full time in a family practice office and am a certified medical assistant I have experience with home healthcare equipment and basic medication administration.
