About Mishel

Hi Parents! My name is Mishel, and I have 10 years of experience as a nanny and babysitter, along with 2 years of experience as a house manager, caring for children from preschool through the early teen years. I love building genuine connections with families and tailoring my care to each child's unique personality and household's needs. I've worked with families with 2-3 children, two-parent households, single-parent households, and co-parenting families across two households. I also have experience supporting WFH, on-site, hybrid, and traveling parents. I value creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children feel supported. I believe every moment is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence, and I strive to encourage positive development while making each day fun.
