We enjoyed having Tatiana as a babysitter and will hire her again. Punctuality: 4/5, Tatiana was running a bit late for our first meeting Communication: 4/5, could give a heads up if running late, I find almost everyone appreciates this especially for your first meeting. Cleanliness: 4/5, I'm finding that many babysitters do not consider cleaning up part of the job. As a former babysitter and now a parent, I can't see how to separate the two, as the kids are always tearing the house apart. If a babysitter doesn't do clean up, then it leaves a lot of work for the parents while they are paying you. I advise babysitters to raise their rates if that's what it will take to pick up after the kids more. Initiative: 5/5 Tatiana has a good sense of humor and took initiative with the kids right away, she's calm and pleasant. I like her very much!
