I have known Mirtha for many years, and I highly recommend her as a childcare provider. She has helped me run my home daycare, caring for children of different ages and learning quickly how to follow and manage our daily schedule and routines. Mirtha is responsible, caring, patient, and very attentive to each child’s individual needs. She has also brought great ideas to the daycare and has always been willing to learn and improve. She knows how to keep children engaged with age-appropriate activities and can handle different needs and situations with confidence. In addition to helping at my daycare, Mirtha has babysat for some of our daycare families for date nights and other occasions. The parents and children have always enjoyed having her around and have been very happy with her care.
