About Miriam

I'd describe my personality as funny, charismatic, and empathetic. I like tutoring because it is fulfilling to help children reach their academic goals. During my time tutoring, I managed to build relationships with parents and students so that we are on the right track. I started tutoring when I was still in high school, I volunteered to tutor to elementary school students next door. One thing you should know about me is I love learning and cooking. I have experience showing children that we can do fun activities, safely. My skills include math; finding different ways to help your child understand the concept. We will find different ways to cater to your child's needs. My second skill includes art; I have helped children explore their creative side by decorating, baking, and painting. Language Arts; I am an avid reader, I excelled in language arts in my time in school. From this, I have helped students learn to read proficiently.
