About Miriam

Hi! I'm a mom of two wonderful girls, ages 7 and 13, and a former Visual Arts educator with over a decade of experience working with children from infancy through 12th grade. My background includes public and private education, art instruction, extended-day programs, catechism, and long-term and occasional babysitting, including caring for babies. These experiences have shaped my patient and adaptable approach to meeting each child's unique needs. As both a parent and educator, I value creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to grow. I enjoy incorporating creativity, guided play, and engaging activities while providing attentive care. After stepping away from the traditional classroom to pursue personal and professional goals, I'm excited to continue working with children part-time.
