I've been working with seniors in various capacities for over 40 years, first teaching at a facility that taught seniors how to cook healthy meals and exercise, later working at a physical therapy office in Atria Assisted Living facilities helping patients do their exercises and teaching group exercise classes. At the time of Covid my own mom fell at the age of 99 and I moved in with her and became her full time caregiver until she passed at the age of 104. This was such a wonderful time for me. I love helping seniors have better lives by helping them with their needs and spending good quality time with them. I'm a happy and upbeat person who enjoys being with others. I'm semi-retired, still working part-time teaching senior fitness classes, and on my days off would be very happy to spend some one-on-one time as a caregiver helping seniors.
