About Miranda

Hi! I'm Miranda, a dependable childcare provider with 2 years of experience caring for children. In my recent role as Site Director of the afterschool program at a charter school, I worked hard to build a safe, nurturing environment while supervising and planning activities for 25+ students of different ages and personalities. In my previous role as an Instructional Assistant in an afterschool program, I supervised and lead activities for groups of 20+ students, and built a supportive atmosphere with interpersonal skills, empathy and consistent routines. I've worked with a diverse range of children between the ages of 3 and 14 and have developed strong skills in behavior management, conflict resolution, and creative engagement.
