Miranda worked for the family for over a year providing care for my elderly father who has multiple diagnoses, including Dementia and Diabetes, is non-ambulatory, utilizing a wheelchair for mobility and a Sit to Stand lift for transfers. During the time that Miranda worked here with my father, she was reliable and professional. The level of care and her gentle approach, was beautiful to observe. One of her job requirements was assistance with medication administration, as well as blood sugar testing and she always showed great attention to detail and was very thorough in her documentation of any notable changes in my father's cognitive state or health status. In closing, I would like to say that it has been an absolute pleasure having Miranda work within our home, caring for my father prior to his permanent relocation to a long-term care facility. I highly recommend Miranda for employment and as I have seen, she gives 100% to everything she does and would be an amazing asset.
