Hi families! My name is Miranda, and I have 8 years of experience caring for children ranging from newborns to 12 years old. Working with children is truly my passion, and I bring patience, warmth, and dedication into every home I work in. I am CPR certified and experienced in newborn care, overnight care, and supporting children with special needs. I understand that every child is unique, and I take the time to learn their individual personalities, routines, and developmental needs. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and structured environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to grow. I am especially known for my patience - particularly in challenging moments - and for having a big heart when it comes to kids. I believe in gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and open communication with parents to ensure we're always working together as a team. I look forward to finding a wonderful family to grow with!
