Miranda is so sweet and has a genuine gift with kids. She babysat my kids (4 y/o girl and 1 y/o boy) while our regular nanny was out of town. My son (1) usually takes longer to warm up to people but he was reaching for her from the moment she came in the door. Babies are always excellent judges of character! My daughter (4) also adored her. She was great with both ages, very sweet and bubbly with them, and genuinely patient during tough moments. My husband and I both work from home which can cause extra chaos (kids wanting to come in when we are on zoom calls etc). She handled those challenges as they came perfectly. My daughter had a terrible night sleep and was up early the first day she met Miranda so needless to say she was having some big 4 year old moods - Miranda stayed completely calm, got on her level, and stayed close to get through the tantrum. She really handled everything exactly how we do and how we ask of our nannies but without needing to be told how to handle it. I highly recommend her as both a full time nanny or a babysitter.
