About Mira

I homeschooled my two daughters for 11 years. They are both UTSA students now. I also attend UTSA, working on a fine art degree. I am artistic, fun, patient and love guiding children in educational and enriching activities. With many years supporting families and making a positive impact on young lives. I am a Big Brother's and Big Sister's of South Texas volunteer mentor and my background in early child development coursework allows me to engage children through educational games, puzzles, and creative play. I am a patient, calm, and approachable caregiver who is very comfortable enforcing your household rules. I was CPR trained and First Aid certified multiple times but certification has currently expired. Willing to recertify. I also cook and clean and would enjoy assisting children in learing light skills around the home. I can also tutor since I homeschooled grades K through 10
