About Mira

I graduated from Brown University with a degree in visual arts in 2024, and have worked as an outdoor guide and educator for the past two years since. I have worked with kids aged 0 - 17 for over 10 years and am up to date on Wilderness First Responder and CPR certifications. I've led numerous advanced overnight and multi-day backpacking trips for 7 - 15-year-olds. Last summer, I worked as a co-lead at an arts camp, in which I was responsible for leading and managing the teenage counselors, organizing activities, lesson planning, and engaging kids aged 5 - 9 in various arts activities during the day. This past summer, I worked for ARCC and Bold Earth, as an outdoor educator and trip leader for teenagers, and as a farm educator for kids aged 5-13. I'm passionate about working with children of all ages, and helping with their development. I'm also an artist and feel excited about teaching arts or nature crafts to kids as well!
