Minjian has been the nanny for our 2 year old for almost a year and a half. The only reason she will no longer be our nanny is because we are putting our daughter in daycare. Minjian has been the best caretaker for M. She is kind, responsible, timely and a great communicator. I am so happy we found Minjian on care.com and anybody she works for will be lucky to have her! She is well mannered, respectful of boundaries and really just overall fantastic with our child.
