Being a preschool teacher for over 20 years, I have a lot of experience in the responsibility of taking care of children from ages one month through preschool. After teaching I have babysat for children of all ages. I enjoy singing songs and finger plays , dancing , reading and getting down on the floor and playing with children no matter how old they are. I want each child to feel secure , loved and stimulated while I take care of them. I love going for walks and exploring the world around them. I have been first aide/CPR trained , have a clean driving record. and have had my background checked. Mindy worked with our family for over 2 years, caring for our daughter from 6 months to almost 3 years old, and during that time became part of our family. She was dedicated, dependable, and devoted her full attention to our daughter. As a former preschool teacher, Mindy was great at engaging our daughter in a fun and meaningful way. She was very playful and hands-on and spent a lot of time helping our daughter learn new skills and reach developmental milestones. Most importantly our child really looked forward to spending time with Mindy each day. Mindy was also happy to pitch in with our child's laundry and keeping the play and common areas tidy. Mindy worked with our family throughout the pandemic and always made sure that she and our family were safe. We can't recommend her enough! Her warmth, attentive care, and inviting personality will be sure to make her a great addition to your family!
