About Mindy

Caregiver Bio Hello! My name is Mindy, and caring for others has been at the heart of my life for many years. I have over 20 years of experience working in education, including supporting individuals with special needs. Throughout my career, I've learned the importance of patience, compassion, clear communication, and treating every person with dignity and respect. My caregiving is also shaped by my own life experiences. After undergoing brain surgery as a young adult, I worked hard through physical, occupational, and speech therapy to regain my independence. That journey taught me firsthand what it feels like to face physical and emotional challenges, as well as the value of having caring, supportive people by your side. Because of those experiences, I understand that healing and daily living can be frustrating at times, and I strive to provide encouragement, understanding, and genuine compassion.
