About Millena

Hi! I'm Millena, I'm an experienced nanny with hands-on experience caring for three children. What makes me a great caregiver is that I bring more than just childcare experience. I'm proactive, attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for both children and parents. I love engaging with children, encouraging creativity, supporting their development, and making everyday moments meaningful. I'm comfortable taking initiative, adapting to each family's routine, and anticipating children's needs. From preparing meals and helping with homework to organizing activities and bedtime routines, I approach everything with care and dedication. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. My goal is to give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are in safe, caring, and reliable hands. I'd love to become someone your family can count on!
