Hi Families! I'm Mili, 27 yo, originally from Argentina, now based in Miami and a nurse student! I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I have over five years of experience working with newborns, babies, and toddlers, which I gained while living in California. I love creating a warm and safe environment for children. I'm full vaccinated, CPR and First Aid certified, and hold a clean driving and criminal record with a valid California driver's license. And I have my own car. I believe in the importance of outdoor activities and teaching kids about nature. I love reading to children in both English and Spanish. Communication is key to me, and I prioritize maintaining open and honest communication with parents to ensure their children receive the best care possible. I'm currently a nursing student, attending classes online with a flexible schedule, which allows me to work full-time.
