About Milena

I'm a passionate and experienced childcare provider with a graduate degree. My desire to positively impact children's lives and my positive experience in previous babysitting roles led me to become a caregiver. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I prioritize open communication with parents, following their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care. With seven years of childcare experience, I can comfortably care for up to three children, ranging in age from infants to preteens (0-11). I also speak both English and Spanish. I enjoy playing educational games with children that promote learning and development. I'm also a skilled swimmer and would love to teach your children how to swim! In terms of training, I've completed First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm also a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
