About Milena

Over 3 years of full-time childcare experience caring for children from infancy through the teenage years. My responsibilities have included feeding, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, school drop-offs and pickups, homework assistance, organizing recreational activities, bedtime routines, household organization, grocery shopping, and maintaining daily routines. I have experience supporting a child with developmental delays, including assisting during physical therapy sessions and other Early Intervention services and helping reinforce developmental goals through daily activities. I have worked closely with Orthodox Jewish families with kosher kitchen practices, Shabbat preparation, and Jewish household routines. I am able to prepare a complete Shabbat meal from scratch and am familiar with the organization and expectations of a kosher home. I am reliable, patient, organized, and dedicated to providing a safe, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
