About Mildred

I'm a passionate and versatile tutor with a strong background in science, environmental studies. I'm currently an educator at the AONS and a honors sudent at Temple University. I enjoy helping students understand challenging concepts by breaking them down into ways that make sense to them. I'm multilingual I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and enjoy using language as a tool for communication and learning. Outside of academics, I play multiple musical instruments, which has strengthened my creativity, patience, and ability to approach problems from different perspectives. I'm passionate about learning and helping others succeed, and I strive to make tutoring an encouraging and engaging environment!
