About Milan

I'd describe my personality as energetic, responsible, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I would like to create a safe and fun environment for children for them. I'm looking for a job that values flexibility and communication. I started working with kids when I was 15 watching my cousins (8 and 11) I am a full time college student which means I have class during the days and mostly available at night. One thing you should know about me is I am highly adaptable. I understand that every child is unique with their own personalities, preferences, and needs. I am here to provide an easy experience for the child, as well as the parents. My skills include communication, patience, and creativity. I can listen to parents and care to their children's needs. Patience is very important when working with kids as to not overwhelm them. Finally, every parent wants their kid to be creative and I believe I can effectively help out with that.
