About Milana

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion. With four years of experience caring for children ages newborn to 11, I pride myself on being a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver. I hold certifications in CPR training and First Aid. My background includes early child development coursework, which informs how I engage children through educational games, board games, and outdoor physical activities. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and crafts. I prioritize your preferences for communication, whether through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts throughout the day. I am comfortable caring for up to four children at once and look forward to creating a positive, nurturing environment for your family. I am genuinely excited to help your little ones learn, play, and thrive every single day.
