About Milagros

I am delighted to recommend Mila for any nanny position. Mila was an invaluable part of our family when she worked in our home, caring for our children with a perfect balance of kindness and firmness. Her approach was a breath of fresh air, ensuring our children learn respect and responsibility but also have fun and tap into their creativity through art, music and play. Mila is a wonderful artist and often would set up fun art projects for our boys. Mila deeply loves our children; she not only cared for their needs but also nurtured their growth. Her delicious, home-cooked meals were a highlight of our day (especially her homemade soups!), and our home was always left spotless under her attentive care. Mila literally didn’t call in sick once over the 2.5 years she was with our family. She was also always on time and would help out in a pinch by staying late some days when both of us had to work late. She also watched our kids a few times when we were out of town which was incredibly helpful. Mila's dedication to creating a safe, nurturing environment is unparalleled. When both our kids moved into full day school, we sadly had to part ways with Mila as a full time employee. We are grateful for her commitment, reliability, and the positive impact she has had on our family and plan to stay in touch for years to come.
