About Mila

I'm Mila, 25, and Brazilian. Since early 2024, I've worked full-time with families, supporting toddlers and young children in daily routines, development, and overall well-being. As the oldest sibling and cousin in a large family, I naturally became the one everyone trusted with younger children, and that early responsibility grew into a genuine passion for providing safe, nurturing, and meaningful care. Before moving to the U. S., I studied Psychology in Brazil and completed an internship in a child development clinic, where I supported children with developmental differences and gained experience in communication, emotional support, and guiding children through different stages. I value structure, consistency, and gentle guidance, and I enjoy creating activities that combine learning, creativity, fun, and independence to help children thrive.
