Mikki responded very promptly to my inquiry from the beginning, showed up on time, was flexible to accommodate our schedules, but most importantly, she made a connection with our grandmother right away, provided care based on grandma’s changing needs as her health was declining. Mikki was with her till the end! She was personable and professional! She was a huge help to me, busy mom to young children and a caregiver to the elderly person. Mikki went above and beyond to assist me which made my life easier! I am forever grateful for Mikki!
