To Whom It May Concern, It is with great pleasure and sincere gratitude that I recommend Mikki. She cared for my 92-year-old father for more than two years, and I cannot imagine anyone providing more compassionate, skilled, or dedicated care than Mikki did. From the very beginning, Mikki treated my father with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. She helped him shower and dress each day, carefully monitored his blood sugar, administered his insulin and other medications, and prepared his lunch. She often brought him little treats just to make him smile. It wasn’t simply a job to Mikki—she truly cared about his happiness and well-being. One of my favorite memories is that my father loved playing the card game Sixty-Six. Without anyone asking her, Mikki learned how to play on her own time so she could enjoy the game with him. Before long, she wasn’t just his caregiver—she had become his dear friend. Seeing him laugh and look forward to her arrival each day meant the world to our family. As a trained nursing assistant, Mikki is knowledgeable, professional, and confident in providing excellent care. Just as importantly, she has the rare ability to connect with people in a way that makes them feel valued, comfortable, and secure. She consistently went above and beyond, not only for my father but for our entire family. She kept us informed, anticipated needs before we even recognized them, and gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing Dad was in such capable hands. Mikki is exceptionally dependable and always willing to help. Whether it meant staying late, working extra hours, or even spending the night when circumstances required it, she was always there. We never had to question her commitment or reliability. Our family will always be grateful for the love, dignity, and outstanding care Mikki gave my father. She became part of our family, and we will never forget the difference she made during an important chapter of our lives. I recommend Mikki without the slightest hesitation.
