About Mikhaela

I'd describe my personality as lively, entertaining, and patient. I like working with kids because I enjoy to make others happy. When working with kids, you can deal with so many big emotions that can feel scary and overwhelming to them! I grew up with the greatest nanny ever who had such an impact on my life, so I try my best to be that for other kiddos. I'm looking for a job that is consistent, pays well, and is enjoyable. I'm hoping for a family that is easy to get along with, as well as reliable. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old. It started with some little babysitting gigs here and there after school and on weekends. I started babysitting regular hours at 18, with 3 kids at once, ages infant-4. I worked with that family for 2 years. One thing you should know is I am very understanding. If you are running late or want to stay at an event longer than you originally said, I'm always okay with it, as long as it is communicated, which of course goes both ways!
