Mikeshia has been working for us for over a year. She takes care of my partner who has advanced ALS. She is amazing. She is beyond capable, able to do transfers, operate the Hoyer lift, position him to reduce his pain. She makes his lunch, always discussing with him what he would like. She’s always respectful of his feelings and describes what she’s doing to him so he understands. She is also warm and loving. I can’t say enough good things about her.
