About Mikayla

Nurturing children and supporting families has been my passion for the past seven years. My experience has shown me how deeply rewarding it is to make a positive impact on a child's development. I am a patient, calm, and approachable caregiver who is comfortable looking after up to four children across all age groups. I hold CPR Training and am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and crafts. I love engaging children with educational games and outdoor play to keep them active and curious. I always follow your lead regarding household rules and your preferred method of communication Past Experience: I am currently a high school ELA teacher. I was a teacher's assistant at a dance studio for 4 years, and I have nannied for children ages 6 months to 11 years old. I have experience working with children who are on the spectrum and children with moderate medical needs. I also previosuly worked as a gymnastics instructor, and as a teacher's assistant at a daycare.
