About Mikayla

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and selfless. I like working with kids because of their excitement and energy for life. I love watching kids grow and enjoy helping them hit new milestones. Milestones that include, learning to walk, saying new words and becoming potty training. There is always something new, new hobbies found or skills developed. Everyday is a opportunity to experience something new for the kiddos I've spent time with. I'm looking for a job that I am able to team with the parents in order to encourage growth in the children. An environment that is welcoming and loving, with the flexibility to keep kids learning and exploring their community surroundings. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old as a date night babysitter, and a church group babysitter. For the past 5 years I have been a nanny.
