Currently I am a worker for a known childcare learning center in Hugo! As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with over a year of experience, I find great joy in supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparency and regular updates. I provide written daily reports and engage in verbal communication during pickup, always adhering to the parents' preferred method of contact. While I prefer not to enforce strict rules, I gently guide children towards appropriate behavior, fostering a harmonious and respectful atmosphere. My approach to playtime is identifying the child's field of interests while attempting to apply it to a task or activity that best benefits them long term.
