About Mikayla

Experience: 4 yrs

Hello! My name is Mikayla and I am a student currently studying Biology in college. I have two younger siblings and have held responsible roles regarding them for years. Along with this, I have experience working with kids ages 2-12. I have worked in many summer enrichment camps and sports camps and these roles have allowed me to have knowledge in leading educational activities and outdoor games to keep kids engaged. I prioritize open communication with parents and am sensitive to each child's needs.
