About Mikayla

Hello! My name is Mikayla and I've been a kindergarten teacher for four years. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and my Master's degree in Literacy and Reading. I have my professional teaching certification in early childhood and I have 10 plus years of experience working with children. I worked at Doodle Bugs for three years where I worked closely with infants and toddlers, along with preschool and school age children. The majority of my time was spent working in an infant room. My passion is working/teaching/interacting with and caring for young children, as well as watching them grow and develop in the most appropriate and supportive environment possible. I have experience working with children from 6 weeks old all the way up to school age!
