About Mikayla

I'm a 28-year-old nanny with 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and began studying the field in high school. I've worked in a variety of childcare settings, including full-time nanny positions and ABA, where I was a RBT and gained experience with children with autism and significant behavioral needs. Most recently, I worked as a specialized medical nanny for a medically complex child, providing a higher level of care and closely monitoring his medical needs. I'm very patient, playful, and creative, and I genuinely love spending time with kids. I'm a big believer in getting outside, doing crafts, and letting kids be part of everyday life. I love having them help with things like cooking and little household tasks, and seeing how proud they get when they learn something new or do something on their own. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have a reliable car, and can provide references.
