About Mikayla

I studied Early Childhood education in high school and worked with children ages 3 months to 5 years. I later began working with a private family with three children as their nanny. When they moved, I began working as a Behavior Technician for ages 3-21 years old. I currently hold my CPR and First Aid certifications. I would consider myself to be very creative, as I love to do a variety of art projects. I enjoy being outdoors often and love all the naturalistic teaching that comes with being in nature. I am very flexible and work with children and families to meet their individual needs. I take safety very seriously and always assess potential safety risks. I work well under pressure and can switch up what I am doing very quickly to accommodate any challenges. I am currently a nanny for a family and am contracted until the end of August.
