About Mikayla

About a year and a half ago, I decided to switch careers and pursue nannying. Childcare has always been a passion of mine. I've taught chess to children with the KC Chess Club, volunteered for several years with Northland Therapeutic Riding Center, and worked as an after-school care assistant at Notre Dame de Scion with children ages two and under. I later had the opportunity to train with a certified career nanny and begin working with families. My first contract was a temporary position supporting a wonderful family through the major life transition of moving to France. This experience gave me invaluable knowledge in childcare, adaptability, communication, and supporting families through change. I find it incredibly rewarding to ease the responsibilities of childcare for parents, giving them more time and energy to enjoy raising their little angels.
