About Mikayla

Hi! I'm Mikayla, a certified elementary teacher with 4 years of teaching experience. I taught kindergarten for 3 years and just finished my first year teaching 4th grade Reading and Language Arts. I really enjoy working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them. I'm available this summer for babysitting, summer childcare, and tutoring support. I love doing hands-on activities, helping with reading and learning, and keeping kids engaged while still making sure they have a fun summer. I'm comfortable with routines and working with different personalities and age groups. I'm dependable, patient, organized, and understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and informed while their children are in someone else's care.
