Hi, My name is Mika! I'm a certified elementary school teacher and a fun babysitter! I have been teaching for 5 years and I also have years of experience working with kids with Autism. I take weekend and weeknight jobs year around! I also tutor pre-K-2nd grade. I'm also hoping to find a job for spring break which is March 7-15! Let me know if you need someone any or all of those days! About me: I became an elementary school teacher in 2020. First I was a reading interventionist for grades kindergarten-5. I specialized in teaching kids with dyslexia how to read and write. I also taught 2nd grade for 3 years. I am now teaching early childhood special education at NEISD. Before becoming a certified teacher I was an applied behavioral analysis therapist for kids with autism. Mika was great! She was able to work with just a couple of days notice, she was great with my son and my house was in better condition than I left it. - which is awesome to come home to after working. Even my insane chihuahua liked her almost immediately. 10/10 recommend!
