About Mikaila

Fostering a child's growth and development is my passion. I bring over six years of experience working with children, including five years in childcare and one year teaching Transitional Kindergarten. My approach is patient, kind, and creative. I enjoy helping children learn through hands-on activities and educational experiences that build curiosity, confidence, and independence. With coursework in Early Childhood Development, I am well equipped to care for children from infancy through school age while supporting their developmental milestones. I am CPR +First Aid certified, and hold a current Food Handler Permit. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and carpooling to help your family routine run smooth.
