I'd describe my personality as energetic, outgoing and funny I like working with kids because I like to create strong and healthy bonds. I like to see growth in a child. I like to see their creativity. I'm looking for a job that is consistent. I want a job that has a work and life balance. I've been working with kids for about 5 years. I have been working in a childcare facility for about 2 years. I have experience working with any age group including infants. One thing you should know about me is I'm very caring. My skills include patience, communication, and creativity. Those skills are important because you have to be willing to work with the kid. If you work with them they will work with you. Patience and communication are the main factor in that. With creativity it allows me to engage with the child in stimulating and enriching activities.
