Mihaela, my daughter called her Mickey, was amazing! We needed someone for 3 days to take care of our 2 year old while we ski with our 5 year old. Mickey was punctual, flexible, a great communicator and made me really feel I could leave my daughter for few hours a day without stressing/overthinking about. She read to her, played with her, took her on bus trips, played in snow, put her to nap, changed her, gave her lunch etc .She brainstormed and problem solved with me about lunch as there was no restaurant in our hotel, which was a savior. She is very resourceful, reliable, can take charge (very helpful when you want someone to help you manage activities/food/naps) and my daughter loved seeing her everyday which helped me separate from her! I would highly recommend her and would call her again if/when we are back in Vail.
