About Midori

Hi, my name is Midori. I have 7 years of experience in childcare and with special needs. I am fluent in English and Japanese, and I am able to cook, clean bottles, dishes, laundry, and light cleaning. I have experience with bottle/solid feeding, changing diapers, sleep/wake cycles, potty training milestones, Montessori, and baby led weaning. As well as picking up children from school and accompanying them to afterschool activities. I have nannied for families of all different ages, from ages 3mo to 20yrs old, and siblings including twins. I also have experience working as a swim instructor. What sets me apart from others is I have an extensive special needs background. I've worked for four years as an at home therapist for autistic children from ages 4-13 years old, and I also work as a caregiver for children and adults with developmental/physical disabilities (nonverbal, ACC assisted communication, feeding tube, wheelchair users, and assisted transfers.) I am able to start in December
