About Micree

I am a dedicated and self-motivated worker who strives to achieve the best in whatever I have committed to. When working for as a pharmaceutical representative, I exceeded sales goals & received multiple sales performance awards. My proudest achievement is having built a successful inclusive early childhood school, implementing the first play-based curriculum. At The Grove School, I have held three positions: early preschool teacher and as a tutor afternoon floater/helper, and currently, assistant head of school. I have gained a great deal of experience through the different perspectives these roles have offered, giving me invaluable "on the ground" insight into every aspect of the operations of the school. I have had the opportunity to work closely with the staff, the students, the parents, and management.
