HiMy name is Mickaelle but call me Micka! Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I have worked with kids in the last 10 years. I've studied early childhood education and worked in a preschool as a teacher and I have been an au pair/nanny in Germany, London and here in the USA. I currently work as a nanny to a toddler but I have experience with all ages including newborns. I'm responsible and punctual and also caring and loving with kids. My greatest experience was in a Montessori school where I have learned a lot of child development and how important it is for kids to explore the world, so I love to be outdoors and take kids out so they can learn how the world works around them, I believe that the early years are the most important years in childhood development and I'm happy to help the little ones achieve their milestones. I come from a big family (5 siblings) so I'm really good at multitasking and I know the importance of the responsibilities beyond playing and having fun.

Mickaelle arrived early and was patient with my son who took a few minutes to warm up. She was very engaged with him, singing songs and playing with him. That made it easy for me to leave with no tears on his end. While I was gone, she shared updates with me, and by the time I returned, he was sleeping peacefully!
