About Michole

My grandmother suffered a stroke that left her wheelchair-bound, unable to use her right (dominant) side, and with neurological impairments. From the very beginning, Michole has been incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to learn my grandmother’s specific needs, including how to properly manage her feeding tube, and she consistently demonstrates strong assessment skills. She understands what is “normal” for my grandmother and is quick to recognize when something is not, which has been so reassuring to our family. She is excellent with wound care and clearly understands the importance of proper positioning and turning. She adapts, asks questions, and is always open to learning anything new that will improve my grandmother’s care. Beyond her clinical skills, what truly sets her apart is her heart. She uplifts my grandmother’s spirits by engaging with her, talking with her, and treating her with dignity and patience. At the same time, she is intuitive enough to know when my grandmother needs quiet or rest. She doesn’t just provide care, she provides comfort, respect, and genuine compassion. She has truly been a godsend to our family, and we are deeply grateful for the love and dedication she has shown.
