Michelle began helping our family when my toddler was a newborn. We needed support, and she came with a warm smile, taking care of the home, from cleaning, to prepping meals to checking on me & the baby. She came every day until I was back on my feet, and even then continued to check on us with warmth and care. One of the things I've appreciated about Michelle is her openness to anything that needs to be done. She really views herself as one of our team, and if it's something we need- from errands to shopping, to building Ikea furniture or sending Amazon returns, she's on it. Though it was not her job to assist with the kids, she would always have a smile for them, sweet conversations, showing developmentally appropriate interest in their activities, and answering their questions. She's pitched in with playing/watching them while I prepped for an outing & has been gentle and patient. She's brought gifts for them but always checked with me first. We really care for Michelle!
