Michelle has been with us for the last 5 years and I can say that she has been nothing short of Mary Poppins. When we began searching for a nanny, which is no easy process, I was very nervous over the thought of someone being in my home and watching my two children, but Michelle’s warmth and professionalism immediately put my mind at ease. We had interviewed countless candidates, but Michelle stuck out amongst them all. Trust me when I say that not only would you be leaving your little one in Michelle very capable hands, but also with someone who will provide safety and comfort to your little one. In the time that Michelle has been with us, I have never had to worry about my children, which is a peace of mind that you cannot put a price tag on. From always being on time, to school drop offs and pickups, extracurricular activities, and the unexpected changes that our kids’ schedules throw at us, Michelle handles it all in stride and never misses a beat! She follows schedules if that is your preference, adheres to dietary needs for your little ones, assists with homework, if need be, and makes sure that she is on the same page with you as to parenting style. She is hands on and enjoys having fun. During summers and school breaks, Michelle has gone above and beyond and taken my children to play dates, coordinated arts and crafts, cooked treats with them, done water days, science center visits, park days, and library trips. She does so much more than just “watching” your little one. She engages with them, finds out their likes and interests and gets to really know your children. She has truly become a part of our family over the last 5 years, and I do not know what we would have done without her.
