I hired Michelle for an ongoing part time Nanny position. I prepared everything for her to start and the first day she didn’t call or show up and when I called her she said she had an emergency. I showed grace and the next day of her start, she didn’t show up. She didn’t answer calls or any communication whatsoever. Leading up to, she confirmed everything was good, that she’d be coming and still never showed up. Very disappointing as I explained to her realizability was key for the job.
